Summer Fitness

Dear Friends,

I am so excited to highlight some of our summer fitness programs designed to keep you active, healthy, and engaged. Our fitness classes cater to all adults, including older adults, offering a range of options to suit different interests and fitness levels. Engaging in regular fitness activities has numerous benefits, including improved cardiovascular health, increased muscle strength, enhanced flexibility, and better mental well-being.

Here are some classes you won’t want to miss:

Aqua Fit: Dive into Aqua Fit on Sundays from 12:00-12:45 PM and Wednesdays from 3:00-3:45 PM. This low-impact class is perfect for all fitness levels, combining cardiovascular exercise with muscle toning in the refreshing environment of our pool. Aqua Fit is gentle on the joints while providing a comprehensive workout, making it ideal for older adults and those with joint concerns.

Yoga:  We offer a variety of yoga classes including Wake Up Yoga on Mondays from 9:30-10:30 AM, In Touch Yoga on Thursdays from 9:30-10:30 AM, and Seated Yoga on Thursdays from 11-11:30 AM. Andre Coles leads invigorating session that focuses on flexibility, balance, and relaxation. Yoga enhances physical and mental well-being, helping you find peace and strength to tackle your week.

Total Body Fitness: Join Trina Lyons for Total Body Fitness on Mondays from 11:00-11:45 AM and Wednesdays from 10:30-11:15 AM. This class offers a full-body workout designed to increase strength, endurance, and overall fitness. Using a variety of exercises and equipment, you’ll enjoy a dynamic and engaging workout that challenges all major muscle groups.

Zumba and Zumba Gold: Dance your way to fitness with Zumba Gold on Tuesdays from 11:00-11:45 AM and Zumba on Friday from 9:15-10:15 AM. These fun and energetic classes are tailored for all levels, focusing on low-impact moves and easy-to-follow choreography. Enjoy the vibrant music and lively atmosphere while getting a great cardio workout.

Our fitness classes are $15 for a drop-in session or $48 for a monthly pass, offering great value for regular participants.
