Miriam Sondheimer grew up in the Philadelphia area and was an active member at the Kaiserman JCC through her graduation from LMHS and departure for Boston and then NYC. In NYC Miriam worked for the New York City Department of Education for 10+ years focusing on new school planning and policy. Miriam moved back to the Philadelphia area in 2014 with her growing family. Since then she worked for a non-profit organization focused on promoting educational equity and access to high quality schools for all families in Philadelphia. Miriam currently works for Salesforce as a Solutions Consultant, helping organizations like hers and school districts to use Salesforce technology solutions to empower families and best meet client needs. Miriam lives in Merion Station with her husband, Barak Zahavy and 3 kids, Ilana 16, Maya 14 and Zev 9.
