1. Looking back over your Kaiserman JCC tenure, what are you most proud of?

I’m most proud of the vibrant sense of community we’ve built here. We’ve created programs that not only celebrate Jewish heritage but also welcome and engage people from diverse backgrounds. Our events and cultural festivals have brought people together, strengthening connections and fostering understanding. I also take pride in seeing how our facility has grown over the years, which fills me with hope for the future. Watching members form lasting friendships and support each other has truly been the highlight of my time here.

2. What’s one amazing thing you do here that you’re not sure everyone knows about?

One funny thing that people might not know is that I’ve actually shed a few pounds since I started here, mostly from constantly moving around the building! Whether I’m setting up for events, handling building issues, or taking care of last-minute details, I’ve basically created my own fitness routine without realizing it. It’s ironic, while I’m helping others, I’m also unintentionally getting my steps in. Who knew that working at a JCC could double as a workout plan?

3. What’s one cool thing about your life outside of the Kaiserman JCC that you’d like to share with everyone?

Outside of work I love spending time in nature, it keeps me grounded and helps me recharge. Whether I’m heading to the park, taking a quiet walk, or just kicking off my shoes to feel the grass in my backyard, being outdoors reminds me of the bigger picture. It lets me return to work with fresh energy and perspective. I’ve found that staying connected to nature really helps keep me balanced, which is essential for the work I do here.
