Spring Into Fitness

Dear Friends,

Our spring fitness schedule is here, and it’s packed with new classes, expanded times (including evenings!), and fresh energy to keep you moving, motivated, and connected. Whether you’re a longtime group fitness fan or just looking to try something new, we’ve got something for adults of all ages and fitness levels.

Working from home? Looking for a weekend or evening option for your busy schedule? We’ve added more class times to help make fitness work with your schedule. Plus, if you’ve never taken a class at the JCC, your first one is free. Choose any group fitness class and experience what makes us so special!

We’re especially excited to highlight some of our newest class offerings:

  • Power Shred on Tuesday mornings
  • Core Maxout on Thursday evenings (starting in May)
  • Circuit Training on Sunday mornings
  • And of course, high-energy Zumba every Monday morning

Whether your goal is to build strength, improve balance, boost energy, or just have some fun with others, our classes are designed to support your wellness journey at every stage of life.
