The Brains and Balance Past 60™ workshop is designed for the unique needs of active older adults who know the importance of staying mentally sharp and physically stable. This workshop operates on the two premises that specific balance exercises can reduce the risk of falling and that we should train the brain as we train our skeletal muscles: with progressive resistance, cognitive challenges and appropriate overload.

This fun and fascinating one hour workshop is divided into four 15 minute segments:
