Dear Friends
I am so excited to share that our JCC has been honored in the 2023 Best of Jewish Philly Awards by the Jewish Exponent! Your unwavering support and dedication to this community has made these achievements possible, and we are so grateful for your votes. The Best of Jewish Philly Awards reflect the heart and soul of our community, and we are thrilled to be recognized in the following categories:
- Best After School Program: KidsTime After-school Enrichment Program
- Children/Teen Programming: Diller Teen Fellows & The JCC Maccabi Games
- Senior Center: Gems at the J
- Best Special Needs Camp: Camp Kef’s Mildred Lasch Special Needs Inclusion Program and Partnership with the Social Enrichment Center
We were also named runner-up for the title of “Best Non-profit Organization.” Your support has placed us among some truly incredible organizations in our community, and we are so honored and proud of what we are able to offer.
Of these incredible programs, I would like to shine a spotlight on our Mildred Lasch Special Needs Inclusion Program, and of our partnership with the Social Enrichment Center (SEC). We believe that inclusivity is a cornerstone of the J, and it is heartening to see the impact that our special needs programs are making. Our commitment to inclusivity extends to every member of our community, regardless of their unique abilities. Our inclusion program provides a warm and supportive environment for campers to thrive, learn, and grow. We remain dedicated to creating opportunities for everyone to participate fully in our offerings. More information about this program can be found below, and you can also visit us online to learn more: campkefjcc.com and socialenrichmentcenter.com.
Once again, thank you for your votes, your support, and your dedication to making Kaiserman JCC a truly remarkable place for all. We look forward to celebrating these wins with you and to continue creating an inclusive and vibrant future together.
Shabbat Shalom,
Alan
