Rabbi Moriah SimonHazani, a native of Jerusalem, was ordained from the Schechter Institute of Jewish Studies in Jerusalem. She holds a BA from Bar Ilan University and Bible and psychology and an MA from The University of Pennsylvania in Jewish Studies. Prior to joining the Kaiserman JCC, Moriah was the Executive Director of Golden Slipper Gems, a nonprofit dedicated to older adults. Moriah is married to Rabbi Shawn, together they have three kids.
