November 25: Strength Training and Total Body Fitness will be covered by Andrea Sarbacker (See Andrea’s full community fitness schedule here. Strictly Strength class (Strength Training) 10.15-10.45; Full Body class (Total Body Fitness) 11-11.45)

November 28-29: NO CLASSES- JCC CLOSED

December 2: Strength Training and Total Body Fitness will be covered by Trina Lyons
