Gems at the J Clubs
Discover a world of friendly competition and camaraderie in one of our Gems at the J clubs! Whether you’re an avid reader or a card game enthusiast, our clubs offer the perfect blend of intellectual stimulation and social interaction. Forge lasting friendships, discuss thrilling plot twists, and strategize your next move in our Mahjong, Canasta, and Book Club gatherings.
Canasta Club
Our new time will be every Monday (except holidays) from 1-3pm in the Kaiserman JCC back lobby.
This program is free with a suggested yearly donation of $36
Come to the JCC and join friends to play Canasta. Knowledge of how to play the game is required – Canasta Club has no facilitators. Email rachel@phillyjcc.com with any questions.
Mahjong Club
Every Thursday except Holidays 1-3pm in the Kaiserman JCC back lobby

This program is free with a suggested yearly donation of $36
This playtime is for people who KNOW how to play, from beginner to advanced. If interested in learning how to play Mahjong for the first time, please email Rachel at rsakofs@phillyjcc.com
Book Club
Meets in person the last Wednesday of every month from 3-4pm! Each monthly meeting is peer-led. Let us know if you would like to lead a session.
