About the Band:
Ron Schaumburg (keyboards) took classical piano lessons beginning at age 6 but at age 15, dazzled by the arrival of Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band, he first taught himself to play by ear by listening (over and over) to “When I’m Sixty-Four!” He is the author of an autobiographical memoir, Growing Up With the Beatles (Pyramid Books, 1976).
Rusty Forman (guitar and vocals) taught himself to play by learning to play Beatles songs and has spent the last 60 years performing as a joyous minstrel whenever the occasion arises
Since 2011 Ron and Rusty have played together as a duo, billed as R&R.
